Keto Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Recipes

This is very simple recipes, only need 7 minutes to cook.


  • 1 pound brussel sprouts cleaned and halved
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients.  Add to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes at 350.  Turn brussels and cook for an additional 7 minutes.  Turn heat up to 375 and cook for additional minutes until desired doneness.
